Studio 102: Vibrant, Retro-inspired Retreat

Enjoy your stay in Downtown Sebring in a clean, comfortable, and centrally located space. The apartment has been styled in fun pinks, teals, and florals to mirror those famous Floridian skies. This apartment is an entire studio with a private balcony and features a full kitchen with all of the basics  such as coffee, coffee filters, teas, sugar, pots and pans. The bathroom has a shower and tub combo, hair dryer, microfiber make up clothes. There's fast Wi-Fi, a large TV, outside balcony with outside furniture, a full kitchen, washer and dryer (laundry soap included). There is a queen bed, the couch bed allows for additional guests and the couch bed includes a mattress topped for extra comfort, and a mattress protector and super comfortable bedding. We offer a remote controlled fan/light, a window AC unit, walk-in closet with a dresser, hangers, and closet shelves. This unit can comfortably sleep 3 but can welcome additional guests, has great views and is very clean. This is great for a nice yet budget stay. Please note that you must climb stairs as this is a 2nd story apartment.

Located right on the circle, you will have easy access to the Sebring racetrack, local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and downtown festivals, local hospitals, shopping, entertainment, family fun spots, and state parks. Downtown Sebring near coffee shops, restaurants, bars with live music. You are just 4 miles to the fishing pier and the park on Lake Jackson and under a 10 minute ride to the public boat ramp at Veteran’s Beach. Highlands Lakeside Theatre is close by where you can catch great live plays, shopping, and so much more. You are also under 2.5 miles to both Advent Health and HCA Florida Highlands Hospital. Other popular attractions are Highlands Hammock State Park, fishing, golfing, nature trails, art museums  and a variety of great restaurants. Sebring is about an hour and a half to Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, and plenty of both the west and east coast beaches. Ways to get around town include walking, bikes, electric scooters, and ride services are all popular options. 

Bonus, the unit has storage space for your bike and other necessities. Free parking on-site for your vehicle.
