Apartment 106: Sleek, Modern Comfort in Downtown Sebring

Enjoy your stay in Downtown Sebring in a clean, comfortable, and centraly located space. This large 2nd floor apartment features a full kitchen w/all of the basics & then some. There is a large bathroom, super comfortable bedding, great views, & the apartment is super clean. This unit can comfortably sleep 3 but can welcome additional guests. Fast wifi, large Tv, & plenty of space. Near the racetrack, local hospitals, shopping, entertainment, bars, family fun spots, & state parks. Also, Sebring is central to beaches & Disney.

Touches that make this home standout are the exposed brick walls and the central view of the activities at the circle PLUS awesome sunsets. The living room features two different sitting areas. One has a reclining sofa with a coffee table overlooking a window with views of the circle. This is fun for, again, those great sunsets and for people watching. The second seating area has a very comfortable couch, chair, and large TV. The couch does turn into a bed comfortable for one adult and linens for it are in a basket inside the end table. The second chair also lays out and can be a good spot for a child or teen to sleep. The bookshelf is ever evolving with books. The dining table fits four. The kitchen is large and has an island for more casual seating. There are basics such as coffee, hot tea packs, cold tea packs, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, and numerous spices. Small appliances include a coffee machine, a hot pot, and toaster. There is a basic set of pots and pans as well. The best part is the bedroom. The bedroom is large, has a super soft rug, a plush duvet, a closet, and wax warmer lamps for you to enjoy a peaceful sleep.

There is fast Wi-Fi. It tests at around 165 Mbps.

You can access the full space. Apartment 106 is totally yours and overlooks the Sebring Circle. There is free parking on site and a shared laundry room.

Downtown Sebring is the historic part of Sebring and this building, officially known as The Zachary, is listed on the National Registry of Historic Buildings. Downtown Sebring features many annual festivals, concerts, parades, and more. There are fun electric scooters available for rent that are found throughout the downtown area. City Pier and Highlands Lakeside Theatre are almost within sight. Bars and restaurants such as Faded Bistro, the Backyard at Faded, Sheila's, Mon Cirque Wine Bar, Dimitri's, Organically Local, the Coffee Vault, and more are all just downstairs.

Walking, bikes, electric scooters, and ride services are all popular options.
